We provide accredited training and related services. By booking a course, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & payments

Fees are payable at checkout. Places are confirmed on receipt of payment. You may transfer to another date with at least 5 working days’ notice.

3. Attendance & certification

Learners must attend all required hours and provide valid ID. Certification is issued by the awarding body on successful completion.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Refunds are at our discretion where statutory rights apply. No-shows are non-refundable.
